Who ARE "2 Hip Sisters"? TOP
We're Tilly and Elinor Fulcher. Yes, we really are sisters and we think we're pretty hip too!
What do you sell? TOP
Right now we're selling handmade soaps and tie-dyed t-shirts and
accessories, but we're always looking for something new and fun to
add!
Do you really make the things you sell? TOP
Duh. Well...Mom and Dad help out too. We let them handle
the chemicals that could hurt us, like the lye used to make soap.
Plus, they're good to have around for lifting heavy things. What if I need a dozen t-shirts exactly the same? TOP
Then you're sunk. Just kidding! But really, we can't
promise that any shirts will end up matching exactly. One of the
coolest things about tie-dye is how unpredictable it is! You can
start out with 2 shirts, fold them the same way and apply dye the same
and once they're washed out you can tell that they're close but they
won't be identical.
There's a t-shirt I'd like but I don't see my size. What can I do? TOP
Send us an e-mail with the design name and the size shirt you'd
need. Between the 2 of us (and our parents), I bet we could make
any design on any size shirt!
Do you take special orders? TOP
We can't see why not. :-) Again, send us an e-mail describing what you'd like and we'll get back to you!
Is your soap all natural? TOP
Yes and no. We make some soaps that use only essential oils
(lavender, rosemary, etc.) natural minerals and oxides (for coloring)
and other natural ingredients (like powdered loofa and cornmeal for the
"scrubby" factor). Other soaps have been created with fragrance
oils for fruity or perfume-inspired smells and have bright colors
because we used food and/or cosmetic grade dyes. "All Natural"
soaps will be clearly identified in their product listing.
